Ingeniux has released an official COVID-19 policy, which details regulations and recommendations pertaining to remote work, business operations, paid time off, sick leave, and travel during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Ingeniux Seattle office will open August 31st. Those who wish to remain working remotely for health and safety reasons are free to do so.

Adjusting to a remote work environment can be challenging for anyone, and we are doing so during a pandemic. We pulled together this list of tips for remaining productive (and sane) while working remotely from a variety of creditable sources and from our own pool or experience and expertise. We hope you'll find them useful during this time. 

Walla Walla County has approved Phase 2 of Washington State's phased approach to re-opening businesses during the pandemic. There is no official word on when King County will move to Phase 2 of re-opening.

Ingeniux office locations in Seattle, WA and Walla Walla, WA are scheduled to open June 1, 2020. Health and safety measures will be put in place. Ingeniux employees will still have the option of working from home.

Ingeniux survey on remote work and COVID-19. We put together this survey to better understand how Ingeniux employees are feeling about working from home, the eventuality of Ingeniux offices re-opening, and the coronavirus.

This is a quick update on the office status and remote work status.  We are extending remote work protocols for another month and will keep the Seattle and Walla Walla offices closed until at least May 4th. 

The company Intranet has now been updated for “CV-PTO” (thank you Ashley).  You can access it in all the ways you access regular PTO.

We continue to closely monitor the evolving situation of the 2019 novel coronavirus and what has now been officially classified by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the COVID-19 pandemic.

As you all know, we have been carefully monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on business operations and plans. Given the current and projected impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to cancel the 2020 Ingeniux User Conference.

The following communication was sent to all Ingeniux customers around 1 pm PT today. It details Ingeniux’s response to the coronavirus epidemic and our overall business resiliency capabilities. We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and its impact on our business operations. Our internal COVID-19 Response Team is meeting daily to evaluate the latest information from local and national health authorities, as well as inputs from fellow employees.

Like many of you, I have been closely following the news about the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, over the last few weeks, with particular concern as to how it might impact the well being of Ingeniux employees and our business.

On January 21, 2020 the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Washington State Department of Health announced the first case of COVID-19 (2019 Novel Coronavirus, often referred to simply as “the coronavirus”) in the United States in Washington State.
